Refund & Return Policy – Beemore Clothing
We want you to love your Beemore purchase. If something isn't right, we’re here to help. Please read our refund and return policy below.
1. Return Window
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
2. Return Eligibility
- Only clothing items purchased directly from our website are eligible.
- Returns are not accepted for innerwear, sale items, gift cards, or customized products.
- Items must be free from perfume, makeup, or stains.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Email us at support@beemore.co.in within 7 days of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Photo of the item (if defective or damaged)
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.
4. Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
- If refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping and COD fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order if needed.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a photo and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement or refund based on your preference.
Once a request is raised within 48 hrs after the delivery, the replacement product will be delivered within 7-10 business days.
