📦 Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You’ll receive an order confirmation email, followed by shipping and tracking updates.

🇮🇳 Domestic Shipping (India)

• Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after dispatch
• Orders above ₹999: FREE Shipping
• Orders below ₹999: Flat ₹49–₹79 based on location
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available up to ₹2000 (₹40 COD fee)

🌍 International Shipping

• Delivery Time: 7–14 business days depending on destination
• Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout
• Duties & Taxes: Customer is responsible for customs/import charges

🔍 Order Tracking

Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS after dispatch. You can track your order using the link provided or directly on the courier’s website.

🚫 Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to remote locations, weather conditions, public holidays, or peak seasons. We appreciate your patience and support.

• Items in one order may be shipped separately.
• We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.
• Returned/unclaimed packages will not be refunded for shipping costs.
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
• Address changes must be requested within 12 hours of order placement.
